Group workout for today . . . We had 8 ladies and everyone worked hard!

Air Dyne - :30 hard, :30 easy, :30 rest

Med Ball Throws – 1:00, :30 rest

Jump Rope or Shuttle – 1:00, :30 rest

Super Plank – :30 Right, :30 Left, :30 rest

1:00 on, :30 off for a total of 30 minutes/5 sets.
