All training is in small, semi-private groups of 2-4 women. Each person in the group works at her own pace, doing a workout that is tailored to her individual needs. All training is by appointment only.

The Month-to-Month Rate is if you choose to pay month-to-month via check or cash. The Electronic Rate (discounted payment plan) requires monthly electronic payments from your checking account or to your credit card. Any unused sessions can be carried over into the next month, as long as none of them were late cancellations.
Your first visit is free. During this initial meeting, you will go through a simple functional movement screening and a sample workout. This information helps plan your future workouts. I want everyone to try a workout before committing to training. Please call Barb Macy for availability at 541-740-0448.
Rate increases. As long as you remain a current, paying client and train with me at least once per month, your rates will not increase. However, if you take time off (non-medical), when and if you return to train, your per session rate might increase if there has been a price increase while you were off.
No Initiation/Joining Fee: There is no fee to join or start….just your monthly rate for training. Payments are due at the beginning of each month.
Add-on Sessions: You are welcome to add extra sessions throughout the month and your rate will be the same as your monthly rate. These can be paid with cash, check or electronically. Add-on training sessions can be scheduled during any open time slots.
Cancellation Policy: You will be charged if you cancel within 12 hours of your scheduled workout. Workouts can be made-up if there has been prior notice of the cancellation, as long as there is space and times are available. I understand that illnesses and emergencies arise and will do my best to accommodate.
Suffer On Sundays: This is a free bonus workout that is open for all clients during the winter months. It is typically a metabolic conditioning workout that varies from week to week. The workout will last between 45 minutes and one hour.
