I love bacon. I hate the mess that goes along with cooking it. Even more, I hate that the house smells like bacon for days after cooking it. Gross.
Today, I followed in my mother’s footsteps and took the mess and smell outside! I’ll add to this post later after I’ve got results (and, hopefully, crispy bacon bits)!
Update…45 minutes later….
45 minutes. Grill set on medium low. Chop bacon and place in a disposable aluminum pan. Stir frequently.
No mess. No grease splatters in the stove or in your oven. And, best of all, no bacon stank in your house. I store cooked bacon in the freezer so it easy to grab for eggs!
