We had a great workout this morning! There were seven of us and this is what we did after we all foam rolled and did our warm-up. :30 on/:30 off. . . 7 stations . . . 5 rounds . . . 35 minutes total work.
Roundhouse – R, L, R, L, Alt.
Rope Pull (KB tied to the end of the big rope & PULL!)
KB Dead Lift (lateral travel)
Super Plank (R, L, R, L, Alt.)
As always, these workouts look a lot easier on paper. Once we got going, everyone stopped talking and all you can hear is the music and heavy breathing. And, the sled was a killer! Thanks for coming, ladies! Way to work!
