OK, so I’ve already failed at my daily TGU challenge. I missed my 6 for yesterday. I just didn’t have it in me after my Suffer group and other activities for the day. I cheated a bit and did all 13 today. Here’s what I did.
3 @ 12 kg for my warm-up
4 @ 16 kg
3 @ 18 kg
2 @ 20 kg
1 @ 22 kg
The 22 kg is so heavy for me! I think it’s gonna be a while before I have the strength (and confidence) to do a TGU on each side with the 24 kg kettlebell. It scares me a little.
On Saturday, while my son was at taekwondo, I went into one of the other rooms and did my 5 on each side with a 20lb kettlebell. It was light, but at least I did them!
