Suffer On Sunday – 12/5/10

It was a small group this weekend since a lot of my girls were out-of-town.  Even with a small group, we had a great workout.  Here is what we did. . .

1:00 on/:30 off

Sledgehammer + Shuttle Run + Med Ball Throw  (5 rounds/10  minutes)

Rest 1:00

Squat Jump + TRX Body Row + Kick the Bag (5 rounds/10 minutes)

Rest 1:00

Kickboxing 10 minutes

It was a hard 30 minutes, and we all worked hard!  Suffer on Sundays is a FREE bonus workout I offer my paying clients.


Up And Running!

My gym is officially open and I’ve already had several workouts.  My first day of training in the new place was Friday, December 3 and all went well.  It will take me a while to get used to the new logistics, however the space is going to work out just great.  We now have room to run around, jump rope, throw the med ball, push a sled, and do some other fun stuff.  Here are some pics!
