Suffer on Sunday 11/14/10

Today, 7 ladies showed up to participate in my Suffer on Sunday workout.  It was a tight fit, but we managed and all got a good workout.  This was our circuit of 1 minute on & 30 seconds off . . .

First, everyone started with foam roll and mobility/warm-up exercises.  Once we were all finished, I did a little instruction at each station, then set the GymBoss timer for :30 intervals.  We went through the circuit 2 1/2 times, and the newer clients went at their own pace or did 30 seconds on, with 1:00 off.  We had a tough workout for a total of 30 minutes, even though it was in my low-ceiling-ed, cramped basement.  Everyone worked HARD!
