At BAM, women work in small, semi-private (2-4) groups that focus on strength training and conditioning. Even though you will be training with other women, you will have your own individualized workout plan and exercise at your own pace. These small groups provide camaraderie, support, encouragement, friendly competition, and an accountability system to help you achieve your goals. At BAM Fitness Coaching, you will also be provided with ways to improve your diet and eating habits to help you maximize fat loss. During your workout:
- You will learn how to lift weights in a safe and effective way.
- You will be pushed.
- You will be expected to show up and work hard.
You might get tired . . . you probably will get sore . . . you will get sweaty . . . but, you WILL get results!
